  1. wow, we have so much in common. I too have been married to the same man for 32 (almost 33) years, I have three grown sons, with one grandson on the way (next month) My hobbies are even similar, especially if you trade the fishing for gardening.

      1. My mom was a caregiver to my grandfather. My dad suffered from as stroke four years ago. I have witnessed the burden. Not fully, of course, because I don’t have the experience. I admire your strength and your faithfulness to your husband. You set an excellent role model for you ladies/wives. More than ever, young ladies ned to see strong women who honor God in their marriages. Thank you, God bless you.

  2. Hi Donna – thanks for your comment on my blog about guest posting. If you are interested in linking up to our Wednesday Midlife party that would be a great way to get to know you better. Also if you would like to guest post at the end of the year (I’m pretty full up til November) I’d love to have you. I wasn’t sure how to contact you by email – mine is – feel free to send me an email to let me know whether you’d like me to add you to my list of guest posters and we’d love you to link up on Wednesdays.
    Kind Regards

  3. It appears that your name is Donna, so i will say thanks for the follow Donna. I am truly sorry to hear of your husband’s COPD. I have lived with it for years but it seems to be under control. I lost my first wife of 35 years several years ago to idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. I understand being a caregiver to a spouse wuth lung problems. I will keep you both in my prayers.
