In a recent post, I shared with you how a Caregiver, Stress & Coronavirus affect each day. Changes happen every day lately which leads me to share a few posts about life and the situations.
I plan to share risks. The excitement of becoming a teacher will also be shared. Also fantastic and stressful experiences. All while doing self-care motivations also.

Caregiver life is challenging in normal situations. Yet in 2020 nothing seems normal lately.

The Man in the Chair can not fight such a virus. His immune system is not as strong as his caregivers. This caregiver still questions midlife thoughts.

Donna – it must be extra challenging for caregivers right now. They never get a break. Even a 10 minute relaxation and meditation can make a big difference. Thanks for the resources.

Hi Donna
My hubby had to be my caregiver 12 years ago when I didn’t know what was going on with my health. Diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, he helped tremendously. Currently under these conditions it must be very hard. Continuing to watch your safety, extra cleaning precautions and shorter supplies make it difficult.

Providing care for others is a challenge and then add on all the extra precautions and stay at home order during this coronavirus pandemic makes it all a bit more stressful. So important to make a point of taking care of oneself, so there is enough to care for others. That can be easier said then done. Take care!

Taking care of oneself got even more challenging as you will see in future posts. I became my 8 year old grandson’s teacher for 45 days.
