Ingredients
- 1 cup cake flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 eggs

Step 1
Combine dry Ingredients
Step 2
Combine wet ingredients except eggs until mixing
Step 3
Mix dry & wet ingredients first then add the eggs
Step 4
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes
One-layered chocolate cake from scratch. A family favorites and requested often in a quick pinch for a snack. Cake flour is my preferred choice.
